Functional training – Workouts
Daily group sessions at the beach or in a boutique gym nearby.
All sessions will be different, hiit workout in the beach, strength sessions, core&run, power…
Our goal is that you enjoy each workout, but also educate you on injury prevention and technique. In order to achieve this, we will offer two workshops:
– Weight lifting technique – Injury prevention
By learning good technique and appropriate loads and recoveries, you’ll have the necessary tools to continue training independently when you come back home.
You will have an initial assessment, where we will check your injury/medical history, posture and movement patterns.
With this information, we will be prepared do adapt any exercise to your level/goals.
Every day you will be able to enjoy a Pilates class, mat or reformer.
Northern Tenerife offers some of the most spectacular landscapes and scenic views to be found on the Island.
The hiking routes will accommodate all levels of experience, with each one carefully selected by The Fit Project Tenerife to guarantee the best experience possible.
Whether you’re just beginning to kayak, or you’re an expert paddler, we’re sure you will enjoy this activity.
You will discover Los Gigantes, huge cliffs plunging into the Atlantic Ocean. Half way through, you will have a chance to do some snorkelling. A boat will always follow the group for assistance.
The aim of this workshop is to guide you through the essential steps of developing a healthy eating pattern that matches your health goals, food preferences, and lifestyle demands.
We don´t believe in one size fits all when it comes to dieting, we will give you the tools to figure out what will work for you.
There will be some time for Q&As, and a cooking activity.
Whether you have an ongoing injury, or just feeling a little tight after hiking, we will help you with a Physio or massage session during your stay.
